Refunds and cancellation

The purchase contract is not with us but with Stripe. Stripe acts as the seller, issues the invoice, pays the VAT and handles withdrawal and refunds. That is why your bank statement shows LINK.COM followed by a short code, not ravensays.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

A clear statement is enough to withdraw. You can address it to Stripe or to us, and we will pass it on. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

A pack is digital content and fully available the moment you buy it. Your right of withdrawal therefore ends once performance begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.

That is exactly what the checkbox before the purchase asks. Without that tick there is no route to checkout: a pack that only opens after fourteen days would be an offer nobody wants.

Refunds go back the way you paid. How long that takes depends on your bank, usually a few working days.

Write to us and name the pack and the date of purchase. We check it and trigger the refund at Stripe. You can also go to Stripe directly.

With the refund your claim to that pack ends. Whatever you solved until then stays in your statistics.

There is no subscription and no recurring payment. A pack is bought once and stays open for good, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your account yourself at any time, under Account.
